This hand structure device is specially designed for professional racing. The engageable gearbox allows a variety of texture patterns to be applied with just a few rolls. The function of the device is very simple and the division of the structure rollers is clearly graduated.
Due to the large possibilities of this structure device (12 rollers times 3 gear variants, plus the overlapping of the different structures), the ski can be perfectly adapted to the different snow, temperature and moisture conditions. The individual possibilities of this device are extremely large.
Recommendation: To create a good hand structure requires a certain level of knowledge and understanding of ski preparation. Even with the most modern CNC ski grinding machines, it is still a matter of the right application to achieve good results. It therefore takes a test team the same as for wax and ski selection to find the best rollers and roller combinations. This is the only way to exploit the full potential of the structural unit!
All structure rollers are tested through countless tests, in intensive cooperation with the U.S. Biathlon World Cup ski service team and perfectly tuned. They have been using them successfully for 10 years in the World and IBU Cup.
