All deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following terms and conditions. We do not recognize any deviating conditions and hereby object. All our offers are subject to change.

1. order and delivery
1.1 By placing an order online, you are placing an order for the desired item(s) to be delivered to the address you have specified.
1.2 Delivery is made by post or by a forwarding agent.

2. payment
2.1 HWK Skiwax reserves the right to ship by payment slip or cash on delivery.
2.2 Payment is made within the EU by bank transfer or via PayPal.
2.3 Information for HWK Skiwax orders and wax accessories within Austria and Germany. From Euro 120,- the delivery is free of postage and packaging by post or by forwarding agency, for orders below Euro 120,- we charge a contribution towards expenses of Euro 7,00.
2.4 For deliveries to other EU countries and Switzerland we charge a flat rate of Euro 17,-.
2.5 All prices already include the statutory VAT of currently 20% or 19%. The goods remain our property until full payment.

3. warranty
3.1 We assume a warranty period of 3 months on various items for any manufacturing defects that may occur. In doing so, we initially reserve the right to rectify the defect free of charge for you. If it is necessary, the goods will be exchanged. A right to rescission or reduction is initially excluded. However, if the defect is not remedied within a reasonable time, you have a right to rescind the purchase contract or reduce the purchase price, at your option. The warranty expires as soon as own repair attempts, changes or improper treatment of the goods are made.

4. right of return / right of withdrawal
4.1 If you do not wish to keep an item, you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery and without giving reasons (in perfect condition and in the original packaging). You have full right of withdrawal. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient, for example, to send an email in good time.
4.2 The credit will be issued either by bank transfer or via PayPal. Goods that we have produced or procured especially for you at your request are excluded from the right of return.
4.3 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is adequately insured.

5 Liability
5.1 HWK Skiwachs accepts no liability for consequential damage due to incorrect or late deliveries or for damage caused by the failure or incorrect handling of delivered items. Errors and typographical errors are reserved on all Internet pages. The customer is obliged to inspect our deliveries immediately. Defects must be notified in writing, by telephone or by e-mail within three days of delivery, otherwise notifications of defects are excluded.

6. labeling of prices
6.1 RRP of the manufacturer, this information is the manufacturer’s recommended retail price at the time we added this item to our online store. We are always trying to keep all articles up to date. If the manufacturer’s recommended retail price has changed in the meantime, our information is the former recommended retail price of the manufacturer. In such a case, please inform us immediately!

7. place of performance
7.1 The place of performance for delivery and payment for both parties is exclusively our registered office in Ebbs (Austria)

8. data protection
8.1 The data required for an order is stored electronically. All personal information will be treated confidentially according to the guidelines for data protection.

9. advertising material
9.1 HWK uses addresses and sends current wax information by post once a year. If you do not wish to receive this, please unsubscribe using this form form.
9.2 HWK uses e-mail addresses and sends newsletters with current information. You can unsubscribe directly from each newsletter.
